Emergencies can happen in the workplace at any time. Fortunately, First Aid, CPR and AED courses equip you with the skills you need to respond to them promptly and effectively prior to EMS arrival.

Join Hospitality Minnesota and Cintas for a world class 3.5 hour instruction from our American Heart Association (AHA) certified instructors. The instruction will include the 2025 newly updated AHA regulations and cover CPR with hands-on practice, practice of AED pad placement and use, and various first aid topics. Students will walk away with a 2 year e-Certification card and a workbook that includes all materials covered throughout the duration of the course.
