The BIG Schmooze is a laid-back, come-as-you-are gathering that brings together Allied Business members with restaurant, hotel, and resort operators from across Minnesota. It’s all about good conversations, new connections, and keeping our hospitality community strong—without the stuffy conference feel.

Think of it as an industry happy hour: casual, social, and designed to make meeting new people easy.
