Time
ServSafe® Food Protection classes run approximately 6 hours including the exam. We do a working lunch and keep our breaks short. Class includes the written exam (10 days for results). All training materials incorporate the latest information from the most recent FDA Food Code. We use only the ServSafe® Manager 7th Edition for all class instruction.
