PFML Experience Portal

Share Your Story. Shape Our Advocacy.

Minnesota's Paid Family and Medical Leave program represents one of the most significant changes to workplace policy in a generation—and no industry feels its impact quite like hospitality. Your 24/7 operations, seasonal fluctuations, and tight-knit teams mean that managing leave requires flexibility and planning that other industries simply don't face.

We want to hear from you—not just once, but whenever you have a new experience to share.

Every submission directly informs our legislative priorities and the conversations we have with lawmakers on your behalf. The more experiences we collect, the stronger our voice will be at the Capitol.

Have a new experience? Come back and submit again. This portal is always open.

Submissions take approximately 7-10 minutes to complete.

Fields marked with an * are required.
