Carbon Monoxide Alarms Update
This week, the House Public Safety Committee included HF406, requiring every hotel and lodging room in the state to have a carbon monoxide alarm in each sleeping room. Jill Sims testified asking the committee to work on an implementation timeline. We are currently pursuing options to extend the implementation timeline to better align with fire inspections. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jill directly. |
