Happy Friday. Special Session still seems far away as the legislature continues its working groups to wrap up final budget bills. During a press conference earlier this week, legislative leaders thought a special session could be called as early as tomorrow. With no signal from the Governor’s office that a special session will be called soon, I have got a breakdown in what happens next, what other issues you need to be tuned in to, and a look at a local policy impacting our Minneapolis hotel and lodging businesses.
