Twenty years ago, a local bartender had an idea. What if we paired an American classic like hot dogs with the worldliness of Belgian beer? A short time later, the Bulldog Uptown was born. Lowertown and Downtown locations followed soon after. This simple concept has evolved slightly over time, but the roots have remained the same- food for everyone, beer for the picky one.  It’s what we do.
