Hospitality Minnesota Welcomes Kate Conroy, IOM to the Association
Hospitality Minnesota, the state’s premier association for restaurants, lodging, resorts, and campgrounds, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kate Conroy, IOM, as its new Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.
Kate brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA), the nation’s largest employer-based business association. In this capacity, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and was instrumental in managing the Association’s sponsorship program.
Before her tenure in partnerships, Kate served as the Director of Member Services & Programs at NJBIA. She was entrusted with the overall management of NJBIA programs and events, including the responsibility for event budgets that generated nearly one million dollars in revenue.
Prior to joining NJBIA, Kate dedicated 11 years of service as Vice President of the Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce, the most active business organization in the northern New Jersey-New York metropolitan region. Her responsibilities spanned membership services and growth, website development and content creation, local chamber meetings, event coordination, and more.
