Meet the Panelists:

• Brittney Klass, owner of Soul Bowl MN and Klassics Kitchen + Cocktails, is a Minneapolis native that brings 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a passion for people and leadership. Known for her ability to develop lasting systems and mentor others, she thrives on creating environments where both teams and businesses flourish. As the co-founder of Soul Bowl, she merges her love for entrepreneurship with a genuine commitment to service. Beyond the restaurant world, Brittney enjoys building connections, mentoring, and nurturing her family, while always finding ways to make her work fun and impactful. She and her husband, Chef Gerard Klass, co-founded Soul Bowl, a Southern & Caribbean food experience in Minneapolis. Brittney is also involved in fashion through P.I.P The Brand, a streetwear label, and serves as a Senior Dance Fitness instructor at Fit2Praise LLC. She currently balances managing Soul Bowl, C.R.E.A.M Cafe, Klassic Kitchens + Cocktails, building P.I.P The Brand, and raising her family.

• Cathy Bovard, Director of Operations with D'Amico Catering, joined the company in 2007, bringing a deep wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization. Previous to her time with D’Amico, she worked with well-respected establishments including Blue Point and Muffuletta ahead of owning a bed and breakfast in Door County, Wisconsin.

• Jesse Ross is the CEO of Mr. Jesse Ross LLC, a leadership development consulting company that focuses on enhancing communication and connection while addressing conflict management, culture, people development, and productivity in an intentional way.
