Minneapolis, MN – The Hospitality Minnesota Education Foundation (HMEF) is excited to announce that renowned baker and television personality, Zoë François, will be a featured guest at the annual Stars of the Future event. The event will take place on Wednesday, January 22nd, at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis.

During a fireside chat, François, a celebrated author, chef, and TV host, will share her inspiring journey from humble beginnings in home economics class to becoming a culinary icon. She will discuss her passion for baking, her experiences as a successful entrepreneur, and her commitment to empowering the next generation of culinary professionals.

Supporting the Future of Hospitality. All proceeds from the event will benefit HMEF, a non-profit organization committed to nurturing young talent in the hospitality industry. Since 2006, HMEF has awarded nearly $900,000 in scholarships to hundreds of Minnesota students pursuing careers in culinary arts, lodging, tourism, and hospitality management.
