July 2025 STR Report Summary: 

In July 2025, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 67.4%, 0.8% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 68.2%, and 2.3% higher than the state's occupancy rate in July 2024. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 78.8%. Following Bloomington was the Minneapolis South Area and Duluth, which last month both had an occupancy rate of 73.2%.

In July 2025, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $102.03, $5.59 higher than July 2024's RevPAR of $96.44. Across the state, July 2025's ADR of $151.38 landed $3.29 higher than July 2024's ADR of $148.09.
