April 2026 STR Report Summary*:
In April 2026, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 57.1%, 7.8% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 64.9%, and 1% higher than the state's occupancy rate in April 2025. Rochester reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 62.5%. Following Rpchester was Bloomington, which last month had an occupancy rate of 61.9%.
In April 2026, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $76.66, $2.29 higher than April 2025's RevPAR of $74.37. Across the state, April 2026's ADR of $134.29 landed $1.69 higher than April 2025's ADR of $132.60.
