September 2025 STR Report Summary*:
In September 2025, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 61.1%, 2.3% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 63.4%, and 1.6% higher than the state's occupancy rate in September 2024. Minneapolis South Area reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 69.5%. Following Minneapolis South Area was Minneapolis, which last month had an occupancy rate of 66.9%.
In September 2025, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $85.03, $3.01 higher than September 2024's RevPAR of $82.02. Across the state, September 2025's ADR of $139.07 landed $1.09 higher than September 2024's ADR of $137.98.
